Report: new survey aims to look at how the pandemic has affected people's sleep over the last few weeks

How did you sleep last night? And how does this compare to the way things used to be before the coronavirus, the lockdown and all of the "new normal"?

A new survey from Maynooth University aims to look at how our sleep patterns have changed as our lives have changed since the pandemic lockdown began in March.

If you'd like to take part in the survey and contribute your findings (which will be published on RTÉ Brainstorm in due course), you'll find the details here.
