After starting her rugby career in Tullamore, Aoife Dalton has burst onto the scene in recent times with her swashbuckling ability in the outside centre channel.
Dalton made her Ireland debut on the 2022 summer tour of Japan, aged 19, and before she had played senior rugby with Leinster.
Still only 22, Dalton was recently named Rugby Players Ireland Women's Players’ Player of the Year for 2025 after a brilliant Six Nations tournament where she started all five games.
