Kerry star Danielle O'Leary has been honoured with The Croke Park Hotel/LGFA Player of the Month award for April 2025.

The Rathmore forward (22), who claimed a first All-Star award last year, has carried that excellent form into the 2025 campaign with a series of outstanding displays.

She was superb in the 2025 Lidl National League Division 1 final against Armagh, when she scored 1-05 in a 4-14 to 0-11 victory for the Kingdom.

Those individual heroics earned Danielle the player of the match award on the day at Croke Park.

O'Leary has continued in her rich vein of form throughout the TG4 Munster Senior Championship campaign, with Kerry set to contest a provincial Final against Waterford on 25 May.

She collected 1-03 against Cork in the opening round of the round-robin series, before notching 0-03 in the victory over Waterford, which booked Kerry’s place in the southern showpiece.
