Fermanagh forward Eimear Smyth has been honoured with the Croke Park Hotel/LGFA Player of the Month award for February.

Smyth has been in magnificent form for Fermanagh in the Lidl National League, with the Erne County through to a Division 4 semi-final meeting with Carlow on Sunday 24 March.

Fermanagh completed their group phase of the campaign unbeaten and with 19 points from a possible 21 on offer.

They have promotion firmly in their sights and 23-year-old Smyth, from the Derrygonnelly Harps club, has been central to their efforts.
