Dublin's Hannah Tyrrell has been named the Croke Park/LGFA Player of the Month for August.
The 33-year-old Na Fianna forward was player of the match in the TG4 All-Ireland Senior Championship final on 13 August as Dublin defeated Kerry to claim the Brendan Martin Cup.
Tyrrell scored eight first-half points, including four from play, in a stunning performance as Dublin won the title for the first time since 2020.
The victory ensured a first All-Ireland for Tyrrell, who linked up with the Dublin panel in 2021 following a superb International rugby career.
