Carnacon star forward Cora Staunton will more than likely be available for the VHI Healthcare All-Ireland Senior Club Championship Final despite a tempestuous display against Donaghmoyne on Sunday.
Staunton was sin binned for the final minutes of the match for verbally abusing the referee.
As Keith Delahunty showed her the yellow card she had to be restrained by team mate Martha Carter and manager Jimmy Corbett before she petulantly kicked the ball away in frustration.
Delahunty's report is expected to be received by the Ladies Gaelic Football Association today and, depending on what it contains, Staunton could be in line for a hearing before the Central Disciplinary Committee.
However, based on precedence, it is unlikely that Staunton will be punished further for her lapse and a stern warning about her conduct is all she is liable to be handed.
Staunton notched up another massive tally against the Monaghan outfit, scoring 1-7, and Carnacon will be relieved to get confirmation of her availability as they face into battle with Inch Rovers of Cork in a repeat of last year's final.
