Brexit rules bar Viborg duo from West Ham first leg

Two African players from Viborg FF will not be able to travel for their Europa Conference League play-off against West Ham United due to English entry rules for non-EU citizens after Brexit, the Danish club says.

Danish club Viborg sue over alleged fake footballer

Danish soccer club Viborg FF admit that they signed a Dutchman claiming to be a professional footballer without ever seeing him play. Now they have filed a criminal complaint alleging fraud by his agents after his lack of skill became apparent.
