Jahmyr Gibbs ran for three touchdowns as the Detroit Lions saw off a comeback from the Dallas Cowboys to win 44-30.

The Cowboys mustered just three Brandon Aubrey field goals in the first half and trailed 27-9 early in the third quarter, Gibbs crossing for one of the Lions three touchdowns.

Touchdowns from Javonte Williams and Ryan Flournoy, together with a 63-yard effort from Aubrey, pulled the score back to 30-27 inside the final 10 minutes.

But Gibbs ran for two late scores to lift the Lions to 8-5 and leave the Cowboys 6-6-1, with both teamms outside the play-off places.
