The Los Angeles Dodgers have taken a 2-1 World Series lead over the Tampa Bay Rays on the back of a dominant performance from pitcher Walker Buehler.

Buehler struck out 10 batters in just six innings to help guide the Dodgers to a 6-2 victory as Los Angeles regained a one-game advantage in the best-of-seven series.

The Dodgers hit the front in the first inning off a Justin Turner home run and never looked back, opening up a five-run lead through four innings.

Tampa Bay pitcher Charlie Morton struggled on the mound, giving up five runs and seven hits in a rare inconsistent performance.
