The Eagles lost offensive tackle Jason Peters to injury just after half-time, with the crowd chanting his name as he was carted off the field.
Kirk Cousins threw three touchdowns and 303 yards for Washington, who are now 3-3 for the season while the Eagles improve to 6-1.
