Tom Brady's touchdown pass to Chris Hogan in the fourth quarter fended off a Baltimore Ravens comeback to give the New England Patriots a 30-23 NFL win in Foxborough.

Brady's 79-yard throw ensured the Patriots did not pay for a sloppy second-half display and he became just the fourth quarterback to throw 450 touchdown passes.

He threw for 406 yards and three touchdowns as the Patriots recorded a fourth straight win to improve their record to 11-2.

Baltimore quarterback set a new franchise record with 37 completions as the went 37 of 52 for 324 yards and two touchdowns.

New England held a 23-3 advantage before the Ravens rallied to bring it back to 23-20 before Brady found Hogan to secure victory.
