The former Ireland Sevens international was picked up by Ulster's academy in 2020 before being offered a senior deal ahead of the 2021/22 season.
Born in London but raised in Offaly, the second row impressed for Ulster in his opening season before suffering a serious knee injury.
Went on the Emerging Ireland tour of South Africa in 2022 and after a strong finish to the 2023/24 season, was selected on the senior tour in summer 2024.
