Ulster's captain since 2019, Henderson has played 131 times for the province since his debut in 2012.
Selected to tour with the British and Irish Lions in both 2017 and 2021, the lock has also played 68 times for Ireland, captaining the side in 2021.
His 2021/22 season was hampered by injury, playing just 11 games for Ulster, while a knee issue saw him miss out on Ireland's Test series win in New Zealand.
