The Clonakilty man stepped up to the senior squad in 2023/24 after competing his three years in the Munster academy, but a lengthy achilles injury meant he was unable to feature during the campaign.
Hurley featured four times, all off the bench, during the 2022/23 campaign, including the win over South Africa A at Páirc Uí Chaoimh in November 2022.
Plays his club rugby with Garryowen in Limerick.
