Now in his seventh season at Munster, the full-back reached his century of appearances for the province during 2023/24, with all but two of those coming in the starting team.
Haley spent the first half of last season rehabbing a hip injury, but returned in the new year to play nine times.
The 30-year-old won his sole Ireland cap in 2019.
