A member of Ireland's victorious 2019 Six Nations U20s team, Milne played underage rugby with Birr and came through the Leinster academy.
He won the Leinster Senior Schools Cup with Cistercian College Roscrea in 2015.
He is in his fourth year on Leinster's senior squad, and has played 41 times for the side.
