The Skerries man is a product of the Leinster youth systems and graduated from the academy to the senior panel.
Capable of playing both out-half and in the centre, Frawley made 89 appearances ahead of the 2024/25 season.
Won his first full Ireland cap against Italy in a World Cup warm-up in 2023 and has become a regular match-day squad player under Andy Farrell.
