Conan has made over 140 appearances for the club and in that time become a vital part of the Ireland squad.
The Bray native's form in 2021 saw him called up for the Lions tour to South Africa where he started all three Tests.
Came off the bench in three matches of Ireland's series win in New Zealand and appeared twice for Ireland at the World Cup in 2023.
