A Six Nations Grand Slam winner with the Ireland U20s in 2022, Mullins steps up to the senior ranks this season after spending the last two years as part of the province's academy.
Born and raised in Bristol, Mullins is Irish-qualified through his grandparents from Cavan and Meath.
The speedy winger has also spent time with the Ireland Sevens side, and was part of the squad that reached the quarter-finals of the Paris Olympics in 2024.
