The Galway native is in his first season as part of the Connacht senior squad, after impressing in his five appearances while still in the academy last season.
The scrum-half is steeped in Connacht rugby, with his younger brother John currently in the academy, while their father Mike also played on the wing for the province.
Devine played a starring role in Ireland's U20 Six Nations Grand Slam in 2022, scoring four tries in five games.
