Veteran second row Joyce begins his second season at the Dexcom Stadium, having joined in 2023 from Bristol, where he had spent all of his earlier career.
The lock was a regular for Pete Wilkins' side in his debut season, making 21 appearances and scoring two tries, while he was player of the match in his debut against the Ospreys.
Born in England, Joyce has always been Irish qualified, and represented Ireland at U20 level back in 2014.
