Oliver joined Connacht in July 2020, having found opportunities difficult in Munster.
Having established himself as a regular for Andy Friend in 2020/21, the Skerries man has established himself as first-choice openside in the last two seasons.
A breakdown specialist, the flanker led the team with 14 turnovers in the URC last season, which ranked in the top 10 overall, while his 239 tackles were the highest in the competition.
Played all but three of Connacht's 24 games last season.
