Connacht welcome back Bundee Aki, Mack Hansen, Finlay Bealham and Cian Prendergast for Saturday's historic BKT URC derby against Munster at Hastings Insurance MacHale Park (2.30pm).
The quartet were rested after the Six Nations and missed last weekend's 43-40 defeat to Ospreys but return for the sold-out round-14 meeting in Castlebar, the first time rugby is to be played at the Mayo GAA venue.
Captain Prendergast forms a back row with Shamus Hurley-Langton and Sean Jansen, while the second row of Darragh Murray and Joe Joyce is unchanged.
In the front row, Jordan Duggan and Bealham both come into the starting side, alongside Ballina native Dave Heffernan.
In the backs, Caolin Blade and Josh Ioane continue at 9 and 10, while Aki starts at inside centre to form an exciting partnership with Hugh Gavin.
Hansen comes into the side at full-back, with Finn Treacy and Chay Mullins on the wings.
An attendance of well over 26,000 is expected, which will almost treble the club's current all-time record in the province.
It’s also the first time a professional Connacht game is held in County Mayo, and the first time rugby is played at the Castlebar venue in its 95-year history.
The coaching group have opted for a 5:3 split on the bench, with Santiago Cordero wearing 23.

Craig Casey and Jean Kleyn are set to make their long-awaited injury comebacks, while Conor Murray will bring up his 200th Munster appearance in the game.
Casey is named in the starting team for his first game since suffering an ankle injury in the Champions Cup in December, among five changes from last week’s defeat to Glasgow Warriors.
Fellow Ireland internationals Jack Crowley, Tadhg Beirne and Calvin Nash also come into the starting team, but Peter O'Mahony isn’t named in the matchday squad, having missed training due to "a knock".
Oli Jager also returns from injury in the front row, replacing Stephen Archer at tighthead, joined by Jeremy Loughman and Diarmuid Barron.
Beirne replaces Alex Kendellen in the other change to the pack, and partners Fineen Wycherley in the second row, with Tom Ahern dropping into flanker, joining John Hodnett and Gavin Coombes at number 8.
Casey and Crowley come into the half-backs, with Paddy Patterson and Tony Butler dropping out of the squad, while Alex Nankivell and Tom Farrell continue in the centre.
Calvin Nash takes the pace of on-loan Connacht wing Andrew Smith, who is ineligible for the game, with Sean O’Brien and Ben O’Connor completing the starting team.
Kleyn offers bulk in the second row off the bench, returning from five months out with a quad injury, while Murray is set to become the 15th Munster man to reach a double-century of appearances for the province.

Leinster have made eight changes to their side for Saturday's meeting with the Sharks in Durban (5.15pm, live on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player).
Max Deegan captains the side, which sees RG Snyman, Jordie Barrett and Rabah Slimani drop out of the starting team that lost 21-20 to the Bulls last weekend.
Fintan Gunne makes his first start for the province at scrum-half, with the former Ireland U20 international making his previous 11 Leinster appearances off the bench, while he partners Ciarán Frawley in the half-backs, who comes in for Ross Byrne.
There’s also a new centre partnership of Charlie Tector and Liam Turner, while the back three is unchanged, Andrew Osborne, Tommy O’Brien and Jimmy O’Brien completing the backline.
Cian Healy and Thomas Clarkson come in at prop to partner John McKee, while Snyman’s place is taken by Brian Deeny, who replaces Snyman.
Alex Soroka comes in for James Culhane in the back row, with Deegan and Will Connors also starting.
On the bench, there is a debut for Alan Spicer, with the 6ft 10in UCD lock having missed out on the U20 Six Nations due to injury.
