It's the final round of the regular season in the BKT United Rugby Championship, with all four provinces playing for something this weekend.
Munster, Leinster and Ulster are all guaranteed a quarter-final, while Connacht will need to produce something special to prolong their season by another week.
Pete Wilkins' side take on Leinster at the RDS, looking to catch the hosts on the hop after their Champions Cup disappointment against Toulouse.
On Saturday, defending champions Munster take on Ulster at Thomond Park, with the league leaders looking to secure the top seed for the play-offs. Ulster, already assured of a quarter-final, may need something from the game to guarantee their Champions Cup qualification.

Leinster are already guaranteed a home quarter-final, but the province's hopes of having a home semi-final (should they get there) are out of their hands.
Leo Cullen's side are third in the table, ahead of fourth-place Glasgow on points difference, but with the Scots taking on Zebre at home on Friday night, Franco Smith's side are a good bet to round off the regular season with a five-pointer.
If Leinster want to finish in the top-two, they have to beat Connacht at the RDS, and hope either Munster or the Bulls lose in their games with Ulster and Sharks respectively.
The outlook isn't encouraging for Connacht, who more than likely need a bonus-point victory to stand any chance of breaking into the top eight.
In addition, Pete Wilkins' side would also be relying on favourable results in two other games - Stormers v Lions and Benetton v Edinburgh. Connacht would first of all need the Stormers to beat the Lions.
After that, attention would turn to Italy. If Benetton win, then Connacht would need the Edinburgh to miss out on any bonus-points. If Edinburgh win and deny Benetton a BP, then that would also satisfy Connacht. Similarly, a losing BP for the Italians, combined with a Lions defeat and a BP Connacht win, would also be enough.
In the event Connacht win without scoring four tries against Leinster, only one set of permutations would be enough to see them snatch eighth place; they would need both Benetton and the Lions to lose their games without any bonus-points.
And of Connacht do squeak into eighth place, then their only hope of securing Champions Cup rugby next season would be to become URC champions.

Munster's task is quite simple on Saturday. A win of any kind would be enough for Graham Rowntree's side to finish top of the table, and guarantee themselves the top seed heading into the play-offs.
The province are on an eight-game winning run which has brought them up to first place, but the margin for error is tiny. If Munster lose, even with a bonus-point, they could drop as low as fourth in the table.
Four wins in a row have secured play-off rugby for Ulster, but they're still waiting to lock-in Champions Cup qualification.
A win for Richie Murphy's side would see them finish sixth at a minimum, which would be enough for top-tier European Rugby next season.
In theory, their place in the Champions Cup could be locked in before kick-off if the Lions lose to the Stormers, and Benetton beat Edinburgh without a bonus-point earlier in the day.
In the event that Ulster finish seventh in the table, they would qualify for the Champions Cup unless the eighth-place team goes on to win the URC. And if they drop to eighth place themselves, they would have to claim the title in order to reach the top European competition.
Interestingly, there's some potential silverware on offer for Ulster, who would take the URC's 'Irish Shield' if they can do the double over Munster.
The northern province have won three of their last four meetings with Graham Rowntree's side, including a 15-14 win at Thomond Park in October 2022.
