Keith Earls is in line to make his 200th appearance for Munster, after being named on the bench for Saturday's meeting with the Cell C Sharks in Durban (5.15pm).
The 35-year-old will become the 14th player to enter the province's '200 club' if he appears off the bench in their final game of the BKT United Rugby Championship regular season.
Head coach Graham Rowntree has made just one change from last week's crucial win against the DHL Stormers in Cape Town, with Fineen Wycherley coming into the second row to replace RG Snyman.
Snyman misses out due to concussion, with Wycherley partnering Jean Kleyn at lock, who starts a 16th game in a row.
Jack Crowley continues at out-half, with Joey Carbery once again left out of the matchday squad, and Crowley is partnered by Conor Murray in the half-backs.
Antoine Frische and Malakai Fekitoa are paired in the centre, with the now usual back three of Calvin Nash, Shane Daly and Mike Haley.
Up front, Diarmuid Barron starts at hooker after recovering from a neck injury picked up last week, and is partnered by Jeremy Loughman and Stephen Archer, while Peter O'Mahony captains Munster in the back row, alongside Gavin Coombes and Alex Kendellen.
A win for Munster will see them finish fifth in the URC table, and book a quarter-final meeting with Glasgow Warriors.

Connacht have been dealt a big blow in their fight for a Heineken Champions Cup place, with Mack Hansen and Bundee Aki (above) ruled out of their vital game against Glasgow Warriors on Saturday (7.35pm).
The pair miss out due to illness, while Jarrad Butler and Diarmuid Kilgallen have also been ruled out due to injury.
In better news, John Porch returns on the right wing as one of four changes, while Byron Ralston is recovered from an ankle issue to start on the left wing.
Cathal Forde comes in to replace Aki in the centre where he partners Tom Farrell, while captain Jack Carty and Caolin Blade continue in the half-backs.
There's just one change in the pack from last week's bonus-point victory against Cardiff. Oisin Dowling comes into the second row to replace Butler, leading to two positional switches, as Josh Murphy moves into flanker and Cian Prendergast shifts to number 8.
Dylan Tierney-Martin continues at hooker, partnered by Finlay Bealham and Denis Buckley, with Niall Murray and Conor Oliver also in the starting pack.
Connacht's playoff spot is confirmed, but Andy Friend's side will be hoping to secure a top seven finish in order to stay in the hunt for Champions Cup rugby.

The backline remains unchanged from the win in Johannesburg.
Chris Cosgrave starts at full-back, with Dave Kearney and Tommy O’Brien on the wings.
In the centre, Liam Turner is joined by Ben Brownlee, with Sam Prendergast and Nick McCarthy forming the half-back partnership once more.
The front row is fully changed from last week, with hooker Tadgh McElroy making his first Leinster start.
