Connacht wing John Porch has signed a two-year contract extension that will keep him at the province until 2025.
The former Australian Sevens player has scored 17 tries in 72 appearances since joining in 2019 and opened the scoring in Saturday's emphatic win over Brive in the Challenge Cup.
Porch was convinced to move to Connacht by director of rugby Andy Friend, who he played under while with Australia, and the 28-year-old has put an end to speculation that he could depart along with Friend at the end of the season.

"I’m really pleased to agree a contract extension with Connacht," said Porch, who can also play at full-back.
"I know there was some speculation about my future but I’ve decided I want to help this club go from strength to strength.
"I’m enjoying life in the west of Ireland and there are some really exciting plans for the future that I want to be a part of."

Porch has been one of Connacht's most consistent performers in an topsy-turvy season and his form led to Friend calling for his inclusion by Australia for the autumn Tests.
Despite a glut of injuries the Wallabies did not come calling, but Porch could soon qualify for Ireland under residency rules.
"Porchy has every attribute you look for in a back three player, so securing his services is a brilliant bit of news for the club," said Friend.
"I know it was a very big decision for he and his wife, and it shows John’s affection for Connacht and willingness to help the club to continue to grow over the next few years."
Connacht said they will another further player contract extensions later this week.
