Tadhg Furlong will make his first appearance of the season for Leinster in tomorrow night's BKT United Rugby Championship Interpro with Connacht at the Sportsground.
The tighthead is the last of the Ireland internationals to make their return for the province, aside from injured pair Hugo Keenan and James Lowe.
Furlong comes in for Michael Ala'alatoa, joining Dan Sheehan and Ed Byrne in the front row, with Byrne replacing Andrew Porter who drops to the bench.
In total, Leo Cullen has made 10 changes to his side from last week's win against the Sharks.
Elsewhere James Ryan starts alongside Ross Molony in the second row as Jason Jenkins drops out, while it's a first choice back row of Caelan Doris, Josh van der Flier and Jack Conan.
Captain Johnny Sexton sits out the trip to Galway, with Ross Byrne and Cormac Foley coming into the half-backs.
Garry Ringrose captains the side at outside centre, joining Charlie Ngatai in midfield, while Liam Turner comes on to the right wing, joining Rob Russell and Jimmy O'Brien in the back three.
Peter Dooley (above), Josh Murphy and David Hawkshaw will all be facing their former province, having joined Connacht from Leinster this summer.
Dooley and Murphy are among five changes to the Connacht side from last week's win against Munster.
Loosehead Dooley joins Dave Heffernen and Finlay Bealham in the front row, while Niall Murray slots into the second row in place of Oisin Dowling.
Murphy takes the place of Conor Oliver, who starts from the bench, while one of last week's try-scorers Paul Boyle also returns to the line-up at number 8, with Shamus Hurley-Langton continuing on the flank.
The only backline change sees Kieran Marmion miss out, and Colm Reilly coming in at scrum-half to partner captain Jack Carty.
The rest of the side is unchanged, while director of rugby Andy Friend has opted for a 6:2 split on the bench, Caolin Blade and Tom Daly the backline options.
