Nick Kyrgios has been fined almost £14,000 for his behaviour at Queen's Club after avoiding the maximum penalty of £20,000 for his recent outbursts.

The ATP hit the volatile Australian for two counts of unsporting conduct in his match against Roberto Carballes Baena, and a further count against Felix Auger-Aliassime.

Kyrgios launched an expletive-laden rant at umpire Fergus Murphy after missing a set point against Carballes Baena, claiming the Spaniard had double-faulted.

The 24-year-old later accused a line judge of "rigging" the match.

A couple of hours after beating Carballes Baena, Kyrgios played 18-year-old Auger-Aliassime of Canada.

Clearly agitated throughout the match, Kyrgios collected a code violation from umpire James Keothavong after reacting to a disputed line call by smacking a ball out of the court - and indeed out of the entire Queen's Club site.

Kyrgios, who muttered as he walked on court that he had "zero chance of winning", lost in three sets to Auger-Aliassime.

It is not the first time Kyrgios has got into trouble at Queen's. Last year he was fined £13,000 for making a lewd gesture with a water bottle.

In May Kyrgios was disqualified from the Italian Open after a furious outburst during his second-round match against Norway's Casper Ruud before walking off court.
