Dubliner Georgia Drummy and American partner Alexa Noel eased into the second round of the Junior Girls doubles at Wimbledon on Tuesday afternoon.
Drummy and Noel enjoyed a 6-3 6-2 win at the All England Club to end the hopes of Lenka Stara and Viktoriya Kanapatskaya.
Last month Drummy and Swiss playing partner Simona Waltert reached the second round of the French Open Junior Championships before losing to Maria Lourdes Carle and Cori Gauff.
The Donnybrook talent continues to make good progress. When she was 15 Drummy became the youngest ever Irish player to qualify for a Junior Grand Slam, competing at the Junior Australian Open after defeating USA's Helen Abigail Altick.
