Roger Federer has parted company with his coach Tony Roche.
The two men have worked together during a hugely successful two-and-a-half year period for the 25-year-old Swiss world number one.
Federer, announcing the split on his personal website, said: 'I thank Tony very much for his efforts over these last years, during which I appreciated the 12-15 weeks per season we would work together.
'I am also grateful for the sacrifice he made, travelling so far from his home in Australia and leaving his family.'
Prior to linking up with Roche, Federer had long been without a coach.
