Unseeded Australian Mark Philippoussis powered his way into the men's final at Wimbledon with a 7-6 (7-3) 6-3 6-3 victory over Sebastien Grosjean, the 13th seed from France.
The 26-year-old, who has been plagued by knee injuries throughout his career, used his booming serves with to devestating effect and coupled that with a string of destructive baseline winners to reach his second grand slam final.
The Australian ace will play either American fifth seed Andy Roddick or Swiss player Roger Federer, the fourth seed, in Sunday's final.
