Irish team beat Armenia in Davis Cup

Ireland’s Davis Cup team has beaten a strong Armenian side 3-0 in Yerevan today. In a rain delayed match overnight, Peter Clarke resumed today and won his singles match in straight sets. John Doran and Eoin Casey completed the win for the Ireland team with a win in the doubles. Ireland’s next opponents are likely to be Slovenia in July.
