Tennis: Kournikova loses to Hingis in Kremlin Cup final

Martina Hingis and Yevgeny Kafelnikov ruled the Kremlin Cup today with easy finals victories. Kafelnikov beat Germany's David Prinosil 6-2 7-5 while Hingis, on her Moscow debut, crushed local darling Anna Kournikova 6-3 6-1. It was the third straight and 34th career title for Hingis who won in Filderstadt and Zurich earlier this month, but it spelt more disappointment for fourth-seeded Kournikova who has now completed 78 tournaments without winning a singles title.
