Ryan Mullen is and eight-time Irish Champion and the youngest ever when he won the first of three road racing titles aged 19. Talented from a young age, he won two bronze medals at the European Under-23s in 2012 and a silver at the World Under-23s a year later.
Mullen was third in the Rás Tailteann in 2015 while still a youth rider, and fifth in the TT at the senior World Road Championships in 2016 before winning a bronze in the TT at the 2017 European Championships.
Mullen spent four seasons on the World Tour with Trek-Segafredo before moving to Bora-hansgrohe in 2021 to join up with Irish team-mate Sam Bennett and raced in the Giro d'Italia this year. His grandparents are from Duleek in Meath.
