Sean Cribbin will be a travelling reserve for the men's sevens side in Paris. Cribbin plays for Suttonians RFC in Dublin and made his sevens debut in 2017 at the Dubai Sevens tournament. To date Cribbin has exceeded a century of World Series Games and played in 37 this year.
Cribbin was a member of the squad that gained qualification for Tokyo, but wasn't named in the squad for the Olympics. Selected for the European Games in 2023, he played in the final against Great Britain which qualified the team for Paris.
The Howth native has a degree in Business Administration and works in talent acquisition and analysis for Linesight.
