Nick Page was capped for England at under-21 level before making the move to play for Ireland. Page plays club hockey for Oxted Hockey Club in Surrey, who play in the Premier League. Page received his 50th cap in June.
Page played for Old Georgians when they won their first English title in 2021. In the past three years with his current club Oxted he has won Nations Cup silver in 2022, EuroHockey II gold in 2023, and qualified for his first Olympic Games. He has a sports science and management degree from Loughborough University.
Ireland clinched qualification in Valencia in January this year when they defeated Korea 4-3 in their final match. The hockey squad narrowly missed out on a spot in Tokyo and were last in action at the Games in Rio 2016, where they had one win over Canada and finished 10th overall.
