The half-back represented Ireland Under-20s at the 2013 World Cup and won the AIL with Lansdowne in 2015.
Roche, a former Blackrock student, was named on the dream team from the London Sevens tournament in 2018.
Another nine-year stalwart who helped Ireland qualify for their first Olympics in Tokyo, Roche has scored 400 points in 173 World Series games. The Glenageary native is also a new dad, his son Cooper was born on 6 June.
