Sinead is a busy woman - as well as being an elite athlete she is a mother of three young daughters. The qualified medical doctor (39) is married to double world champion and Olympian Sam Lynch. She forms one half of Ireland’s first lightweight women’s crew at an Olympic Games alongside Claire Lambe.
