Robinson finishes 6th in breast stroke final

Ireland's Emma Robinson finished 6th in the final of the Womens' 50 metre breast stroke at the European Short course championships at Riese in Germany. Robinson had qualified for the final earlier today in a time of 31.63 seconds, a new Irish senior record.

Meanwhile, Andrew Bree failed in his bid to qualify from the semi-finals of the Mens' 100 metre breast stroke, after beating Gary O'Toole's long standing Irish record this morning.
