A team of five have been selected by Swim Ireland to contest the European Short Course championships in Antwerp in Belgium from December 13th to 16th. The team includes Donal O'Neill (Trojan), Julie Douglas (Bangor), Lee Kellegher (Sundays Well), Andrew Bree (Ards) and Michael Williamson (Lisburn).
Olympians Chantal Gibney and Emma Robinson, who were originally selected, will not be going to Belgium. Gibney is still training in Florida while Robinson has a knee injury.
