American Neil Walker, who set two world records on Thursday, targeted a second gold medal when he led qualifiers in the men's 100 metres individual medley on the second day of the World Short-Course Championships. Walker clocked 54.57 seconds to lead qualifiers for Friday evening's semi-finals ahead of Finland's Jani Sievinen, gold medallist in Thursday's 400 metres individual medley, who touched in 54.93. The final will be on Saturday.
