The Republic of Ireland have risen four places in the FIFA Women's World Rankings after their back-to-back World Cup qualifier wins against Poland.
Carla Ward's Girls in Green are up to 23rd, leapfrogging the Poles who went into the Ireland double-header ranked 24th but subsequently dropped to 28th.
Ireland's highest ever position is 22nd, which they reached in the run-up to the 2023 World Cup.
They are third in League A Group 2 of World Cup qualification having won 3-2 in Gdansk and 1-0 at Aviva Stadium last Saturday.
Ireland will host the Netherlands at SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh on Friday, 5 June before heading to France four days later.
The Dutch have climbed one place in the rankings to 10th, while France remain seventh.
Spain, USA, England, Germany and Japan make up the top five.

It's been an excellent year for Ireland so far. They are guaranteed a place in the World Cup play-offs but are still in with a chance of winning the group, which would earn automatic qualification to next year's tournament in Brazil.
Ward's team, who are the fourth seeds in the group, know that victory against the Netherlands in Cork would set up a winner-takes-all showdown in France.
