Shelbourne are looking to avoid falling behind early on in the SSE Airtricity Men's Premier Division's title race when champions Shamrock Rovers make the short trip across the city for a rescheduled clash at Tolka Park.
The teams were due to meet in week two of the season, only for rain to scupper any chance of the match taking place.
The Reds have disappointed at home since, being held by Galway United and losing a stoppage time Max Mata goal against St Patrick's Athletic last Friday.
While Bohemians have moved clear the top, Shamrock Rovers responded to going to their Dublin rivals by beating Derry City on Friday.
Stephen Bradley will worry little at the Gypsies being six points clear at the summit as they look to cut the gap tonight.
But Joey O'Brien will be eager for the Reds to make it third time lucky and bag three points at home for the first time this campaign.
There was great spirit shown to come from 2-0 down against the Saints, with setpiece defending a surprising weakness for O'Brien's men on the night.
Bradley, meanwhile, was pleased with how his side beat the Candystripes last Friday: thought a lot of our stuff was really good. They are obviously areas where we still need to improve but we nullified a lot of what Derry are good at, so winning the game 1-0 was really pleasing.
"We had a really good tempo, in everything we did, we played with real intent, which was also pleasing. We were unlucky not to be a couple of goals ahead at half time and again that was really pleasing to see."
The Hoops boss is wary of the threats of Shels, despite not being at their best: "Some of it has been good. When you look at their attacking players, they've got real quality, Harry Wood, Will Jarvis, Seán Boyd, John Martin, Ally Coote and Kerr McEnroy, all really good players.
"Even with their defeat to Pats on Friday, they always created. We know that they’re a dangerous team. They’re usually good games between us so we’re looking forward to it."
Dan Cleary has been added to their injury list after coming off last Friday. Danny Mandroiu, Max Kovalevskis and Rory Gaffney remain out injured.
Kick-off is 7.45pm in north Dublin.
