Draw made for Women's All-Island Cup

Defending champions Wexford will face Linfield Women, Shamrock Rovers and Sligo Rovers in the group phase of the 2026 Women's All-Island Cup after the draw for the fourth edition of the tournament took place at Northern Ireland Football League headquarters in Belfast earlier today.

Twelve teams from the SSE Airtricity Women’s Premier Division and four teams from the Sports Direct Women’s Premiership will compete for the chance to lift the trophy in July.

Split into four groups, the 16 teams will get the action under way on Saturday, 4 April, with the group games set to be played over three rounds, leading into the quarter-finals on the week ending 13 June and then on to the semi-finals on the week ending 28 June. The final is scheduled to take place on Saturday, 18 July.

Two-time winners Galway United have been drawn in Group 2, where they will come up against DLR Waves, Lisburn Rangers and Peamount United.

In Group 3, Athlone Town, Cliftonville Ladies, Cork City and Treaty United will go head to head, while Group 4 consists of perennial Women's Premiership champions Glentoran Women, Bohemians Shelbourne and Waterford.
