Senegal head coach Pape Thiaw has been banned for five matches as part of a host of sanctions following the Africa Cup of Nations final chaos.
Thiaw ordered his players to leave the field in stoppage time after opponents Morocco were awarded a penalty in the 18 January showpiece in Rabat.
The match was delayed for 17 minutes before Senegal returned to the field and goalkeeper Edouard Mendy easily saved Brahim Diaz's Panenka penalty.
Pape Gueye scored the winning goal in extra time as Senegal went on to lift the trophy.
The Confederation of African Football said: "The CAF Disciplinary Board decided to suspend Mr Pape Bouna Thiaw... for five official CAF matches for his unsporting conduct in violation of the CAF Disciplinary Code principles of fair play and integrity and for bringing the game into disrepute."
Senegal forwards Iliman Ndiaye and Ismaila Sarr were given two-match bans for "unsporting behaviour towards the referee".
Thiaw was also hit with a fine of $100,000 (€83,677), while the Senegalese Federation was fined $600,000 (€502,062 for "the unsporting conduct of their players and technical staff" and "the improper conduct of its supporters".
Morocco forward Ismael Saibari was given a three-match ban and defender Achraf Hakimi a two-match ban, with one suspended.
The CAF also rejected Morocco's protest over Senegal's alleged violations of CAF rules in the final.
