Fulham have agreed a £27million deal to sign Norway winger Oscar Bobb from Manchester City.

The deal includes a 20% sell-on clause, while City will retain matching rights for the 22-year-old, who has fallen down the pecking order at the Etihad Stadium since the arrival of Antoine Semenyo from Bournemouth earlier this month.

Speaking last week, Pep Guardiola had indicated Bobb was nearing an exit. When asked if Bobb wanted to leave the club, he said: "I think so."

He has not played since starting City's Carabao Cup match against Brentford on December 17, forced off with an injury inside 20 minutes.

Bobb joined City as a youngster from Valarenga in 2019 and broke into the first-team squad in 2023-24.
However, he missed all of last season with a broken leg suffered in pre-season.

Bobb has made 15 appearances for City this term, while also helping Norway qualify for the World Cup.
He has also been linked with Borussia Dortmund in this window but Fulham have made their move as Marco Silva's side aim to push for European qualification

As well as an arrival, Fulham have a player leaving after West Ham have announced the signing of winger Adama Traore.

The 30-year-old's move to the London Stadium, for a reported £2million, will see him link up with Irons head coach Nuno Espirito Santo, whom he played under at Wolves.

"I am so happy to be here, so happy to help the team the maximum I can and show my quality," Traore said on the West Ham websits.

"I have been seeing West Ham for a long time. It is a massive club, a massive fanbase."

Nuno feels Traore will give his side "a different option in attacking areas" as they battle to stay in the Premier League.

"He is also motivated to fight for us and ready to bring energy, commitment and determination to our challenge," Nuno said.

Lucas Paqueta is on his way to Brazil

Meanwhile the Hammers have given Lucas Paqueta permission to undergo a medical and discuss personal terms with Brazilian club Flamengo.

Paqueta's turbulent spell in east London is close to coming to an end with a return to his homeland agreed for a fee understood to be around £35million.

The Hammers wanted the Brazil international to stay until the end of the season to help the club's battle to avoid relegation from the Premier League.

But the 28-year-old, who was the subject of a lengthy Football Association investigation into alleged breaches of gambling rules which only ended last year, was determined to leave.

A West Ham statement read: "West Ham United can confirm that Lucas Paqueta has been given permission to undergo a medical and discuss personal terms with Brazilian club Flamengo, after a fee was agreed for his permanent transfer.

"Lucas has made it clear that, for personal and family reasons, he wishes to return home to Brazil and make a fresh start after being cleared in July 2025 of FA misconduct charges that took two years to be resolved - a situation that caused him significant mental strain.

"Despite the club doing everything possible to persuade Lucas to stay, he has remained adamant that his wish is to leave. Therefore, the head coach and the club have reluctantly agreed to accept his transfer request."

Sean Dyche says Nottingham Forest are "waiting for news" on his side's pursuit of Crystal Palace striker Jean-Phillipe Mateta and other targets.

Forest had an initial bid rejected for the Frenchman, who is understood to want to leave Selhurst Park this month, but they are still wanting to bring him to the City Ground ahead of Monday's transfer deadline.

Wolves goalkeeper Jose Sa is also another reported target this month as Forest look to strengthen their ranks for their relegation fight.

"You have all seen the news, we are trying to be proactive to strengthen where we can when we can," Dyche said ahead of his side's Europa League clash with Ferencvaros on Thursday.

"You want good players at the club and we have got them and if you can add strength to it, I said a couple of months ago when it was building up, the club have made it clear they will support me, support the team, the owner has made that clear all along and he is willing to do that.

"But it has to be the right people. We have to get the right situation, the right fees agreed, contract and all that."
