Denise O'Sullivan made a dream debut for Liverpool on Sunday, scoring the opener in a 6-0 win at London Bees in the Women's FA Cup fourth round.
The Republic of Ireland midfielder's move to the Merseysiders from North Carolina Courage was confirmed on Saturday.
She went straight into Gareth Taylor's starting XI and only needed six minutes to make an impact, turning home Alejandra Bernabe's cross to put the Reds ahead.
It was one-way traffic at The Hive in Barnet all day as the fourth-tier side struggled to live with their Women's Super League opponents.
Mia Enderby and Martha Thomas had Liverpool 3-0 up at the break, with Gemma Evans and an Alice Bergstrom brace completing the scoring in the second period.
Academy graduate Maizie Trueman became Liverpool's youngest ever player in the professional era, starting in midfield at the age of 16 years and 88 days.
O'Sullivan is set to make her league debut next Sunday when Tottenham Hotspur travel to St Helens Stadium. Liverpool are bottom of the table and in desperate need of three points. They've drawn four and lost eight of their 12 WSL matches to date.
"It was really good," the Corkwoman said afterwards. "I think getting out there with the girls and showing what we want to do in the game was nice and to get a feel for that and get some touches on the ball.
"I want to get more goals and assists. It was nice to get on the scoresheet but now I have to keep going.
"To be at Liverpool now, I'm very proud and my family is very proud. I'm really, really happy to be here."
Elsewhere in the FA Cup, Vivianne Miedema came off the bench to score twice as Women's Super League leaders Manchester City routed Bournemouth 6-0 to take their place in the fifth round.
Goals from Khadija Shaw and Lauren Hemp and Laura Coombs' quickfire double had City 4-0 ahead at the break, with Miedema wrapping up a comprehensive victory over the National League Southern Premier Division side.
Manchester United enjoyed a 5-0 win over National League Northern Premier Division leaders Burnley with Maya Le Tissier, Julia Zigiotti, Simi Awujo, Lea Schuller and Layla Drury on the scoresheet, while second-half goals from Arsenal's Stina Blackstenius and Kim Little were enough to see off Aston Villa 2-0.
Bethany England, Drew Spence and Lenna Gunning-Williams scored as Tottenham beat Leicester 3-0 in an all-WSL clash, and Amalie Thestrup's hat-trick was the most notable contribution to Charlton's 10-0 drubbing of Swindon.
Madison Haley, from the penalty spot, and Jelena Cankovic struck late in either half to ease Brighton to a 2-0 win over WSL2 club Nottingham Forest, while Emily Syme completed a double deep into extra-time to edge Bristol City to a 2-1 win at Southampton.
Elsewhere, Birmingham won 6-2 at Hull, Charlie Devlin's double was enough to see Sheffield United past WSL2 rivals Ipswich and Oxford saw off Middlesbrough, while Chatham got the better of York 3-0 in a showdown between two fourth-tier outfits.
