Dundalk have landed one of their big targets of the transfer window with former Bohemians defender Rob Cornwall joining for the 2026 season.
The Dubliner brings a wealth of League of Ireland experience as he joins ranks with the likes of fellow new signings Conor Kearns and Danny Mullen at Oriel Park.
He will also link up with former team-mate Keith Buckley.
The 31-year-old has previously represented Shelbourne, Shamrock Rovers and Derry City, in addition to two separate spells with Bohs, where he made over 130 appearances in all competitions.
Cornwall also spent two seasons in the United States with Northern Colorado Hailstorm in USL League One before returning to the League of Ireland.
The move could signal the end of Kilduff's business in the market.
Dundalk mark their return to the Premier Division with an opening night fixture away to reigning champions Shamrock Rovers on Friday, 6 February.
