Shamrock Rovers have announced the signing of winger Jake Mulraney from St Patrick's Athletic.
The former Republic of Ireland underage international had been at the Saints since the start of the 2023 season after a spell at Major League Soccer side Orlando City.
Since returning to the League of Ireland, the Dubliner has made 123 appearances in all competitions for Pat's, scoring 19 goals, and was part of the side that won the Sports Direct Men's FAI Cup in 2023.
Shamrock Rovers boss Stephen Bradley said he was delighted to acquire the player ahead of their upcoming league title defence.
"We're really happy. Jake is one we’ve looked at for some time, so we’re really happy to get him in," he said.
"He really adds something to the attacking part of the pitch and gives us really good options. So I’m delighted to get him in.
"I think he can play a number of positions, which was a really important part of getting Jake in. We know he can play on either side, but we also know he can play centrally as well and is really dangerous from all of those areas. He's a player we can utilise in all those positions."
Meanwhile, midfielder Darragh Nugent has moved the other way from the Hoops to Pat's.
Speaking of his move to the Saints, Nugent stated: "It feels great.Stephen Kenny got in touch with me during the break, I had a few conversations with him, we spoke about the plans for the season and for myself and once I spoke to him I knew it was something I wanted to be a part of.
"I've got some good experience over recent years and I feel at my age, now is the time for me to kick on."
Shelbourne captain Mark Coyle has joined NIFL Premiership side Coleraine on a two-and-a-half year deal for an undisclosed fee.
Coyle, who joined Shelbourne from Finn Harps at the end of 2021, went on to lead the side to the League of Ireland Premier Division title in 2024.
The 28-year-old midfielder arrives at the The Bannsiders with Ruaidhrí Higgins charges occupying second spot in the table.
On the acquisition, Higgins told the Coleraine website: "We are delighted because Mark will bring so much to the group.
"He brings quality and a know-how but it's also about day-to-day behaviour and habits in terms of how he trains and conducts himself.
"He will help to build a culture here that eventually turns us into winners, so to bring Mark with that experience and quality is huge for us.
"He's in his prime years for a midfielder. He'll bring a real drive, a real hunger and quality to the group."
Bohemians have brought in Republic of Ireland Under-21 attacking midfielder Harry Vaughan on loan from Hull City until the end of June.
The 21-year-old, who began his career with Oldham, has racked up over 60 league appearances in England in the Championship, League One and League Two.
Born in Trafford, England, Vaughan qualifies for Ireland through his maternal grandparents who hail from Kerry and Galway.
"Harry is a real attacking player who can play anywhere in the attacking areas, as an attacking midfielder and also out wide," said Bohs boss Alan Reynolds.
"He has a lot of experience for a young player. He has played at a really high level in England including in the Championship and has obviously played at international level for the Ireland Under-21s.
"He's an exciting talent. He is a clever, hungry footballer who wants to do well. I know him from my time with the Ireland U21s and I think he is a player who will excite our fans and really do well for us."
Vaughan added: "I spoke to Rennie and he really sold the club to me, so it was a no-brainer for me.
"He sold me the style of play, told me the type of technical players Bohs have and told me how good a dressing room there is at the club so I’m really looking forward to getting started.
"I know 'Rennie' from my time in Ireland U21 camps and I really enjoyed his coaching style so I am really looking forward to working with him again.
"I spoke to Cathal McCarthy, my team-mate at Hull who was with UCD, and he was telling me what a big occasion the first game of the season at the Aviva (against St Patrick's Athletic) is going to be so I am really looking forward to that and I want to be part of it."
