Waterford have announced the signing of goalkeeper Arlo Doherty from Derry City and forward Conor Carty from St Patrick's Athletic.
The two transfers follow in the footsteps of Hayden Cann, who also swapped the Candystripes for a move to the RSC earlier this week.
Former Republic of Ireland under-19 international Doherty, who joined Derry at the start of 2025, did not make any appearances for Tiernan Lynch's side in the league and cup during the past season with Brian Maher the established number one at the Ryan McBride Brandywell.
"Arlo is an outstanding young goalkeeper with massive potential," new Waterford manager Jon Daly said of the 22-year-old.
"Like our other signings so far, Arlo has shown a real hunger and desire to sign for Waterford FC. Arlo will bring a big presence, athleticism and a real competition for places to the goalkeeping department."
Carty previously worked with Daly at St Pat's in 2023 during a loan spell, but returned permanently last season where he went on to make 37 appearances for the Saints.
"I'm really pleased to bring Conor Carty to this football club," Daly said of Ireland Under-21 cap.
"Conor is a player I’ve worked with in the past and is someone I believe will add a different dimension to our front line. Conor is a dynamic forward who works tirelessly for the team and has real quality in the final third.
"He fits the profile of player we want to bring to the club — hungry, hard-working, and ambitious. I’m excited to welcome him in and look forward to seeing the impact he’ll make."
The Blues have also confirmed that midfielder Matty Smith has left the club by mutual consent.
The Scot won the league with Shelbourne in 2024 before joining Waterford on a multi-year deal last December.
Meanwhile, Bohemians have announced the signing of teenage striker Hugh Martin from UCD.
The 16-year-old made his first-team UCD debut in April at the age of just 15 and Bohs boss Alan Reynolds said he was excited by the potential of the former St Kevin's, Dundalk and UCD Academy player and added that he could see game-time for the first-team next season.
"Hughie is an exceptionally talented young player with an eye for goal, so we are delighted to get him in," he said.
"He's only just turned 16, he’s still in fifth year in school, so he’s one for the future but we have watched his development and from what we have seen from him, he will get opportunities this season.
"If he keeps working hard and developing at the rate he has, he has a very bright future ahead of him at this club.
"We can already see the qualities and great potential he has so we want to nurture and develop that in both the U20s and in the first team."
Bohs also confirmed that long-time chief operating officer Daniel Lambert has been appointed to the new role of chief commercial officer within the club, with Jimmy Dignam succeeding him in his previous role.
